Bookings

All bookings are confirmed via email. Find our contact details from contact page. We recommend booking your excursions always as early as you can since there might be sometimes limitations in availability.

When booking, you will get all the information needed regarding your adventure, including what to wear and what to take with you. For any questions, we're always happy to help.

We strongly recommend to have appropriate travel insurance for your trip. Arctic Crusade is not responsible to refund or accept any kind of cancellations due to force majeure events, doctor's certificates, visa application declines or any other kind of obstacles for the travel.

When confirming the reservation, the customer accept all terms and conditions mentioned.

Cancellations & changes

All excursions are non-refundable and non-changeable after confirmation, unless agreed otherwise with Arctic Crusade representatives. We will charge full price if booking is cancelled, unless agreed otherwise with Arctic Crusade representatives. If the reservation is cancelled, a cancellation payment invoice will be sent directly after the cancellation confirmation if the reservation was not paid yet, unless agreed otherwise with Arctic Crusade representatives.

General terms

Arctic Crusade reserves the right to cancel, make changes or stop the excursions without prior notice due to sudden change in weather conditions, force majeure situation, by the dangerous behaviour of any participant, or some other reason if Arctic Crusade representative think it's necessary. Customer need to obey Finnish law and the instructions given by Arctic Crusade representatives or Finnish officials. All activities include the participant's own liability for indemnity if he or she neglects or deliberately fails to follow the instructions given and it leads to events that causes property or personal injuries. Participants are responsible for themselves and their doing. Participants are responsible of under aged children or youngsters joining the activities with them. Participation of the youngest children or persons with physical disabilities is not recommended. Inform these special customer groups when making the booking with Arctic Crusade. Some activities are more suitable for these special groups than the others.
